Beauty Hunter seeks so you can be sleek. We are a luxe online beauty destination with a daily blog, cosmetic e-boutique and beauty magazine. Our beauty insiders hunt and gather the very best beauty products so our busy, style-conscious followers can have their manicured finger on the pulse and shop for covetable cosmetics 24/7. We endeavour to find out which beauty products are truly fabulous and which trends are worth trying. We will strive to ensure your products arrive fast and securely. We hope your experience with Beauty Hunter is a luxurious and glamorous journey from first click to final delivery.

02 Shopping

How do I place an order?
Our online beauty boutique is always open for your beauty fix. Simply add the items to your shopping cart, select checkout, then follow the prompts to enter your delivery details, payment information and any comments. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.What are my payment options?We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Do you offer a gift service?
Please let us know in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ comments field when you make an order that your order is a gift. If you want your gift sent directly to the recipient simply put their address in the shipping address and a gift card message in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ field at checkout. We’ll package your gift in our signature gift packaging with a personalized gift tag at no extra charge.

03 Delivery

All our orders are shipped by Australian Air Express to any location in Australia. Beauty Hunter does not ship internationally at the present time.

What are the shipping costs?
Parcel weight up to 1kg = $9.95 Australian Air Express
Parcel weight up to 3kg = $11.95 Australian Air Express

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your Shopping Cart. To check  how much shipping will cost – just add the products you want to purchase into your Shopping Cart, then enter the delivery destination into the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart area.

Do you offer free shipping?
Place an order of $150 or more we’ll ship it to you free of charge.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will arrive 1-6 days after dispatch date. Some specialized or customized items may take a little longer. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day.

Is a signature required?
As we deliver our products by courier, a signature is required. If a signature is requested and you are not at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to advise where the parcel is being held, this can be either a regional depot, an Australian Air Express Depot or your local post office. There may a charge associated with this so it’s best to have your parcel delivered to an address like a business where you are sure you’ll be there. The way to avoid this charge is to enter special instructions at the checkout process of ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods without signature — however all responsibility is then waived should the goods be lost/stolen after delivery.

Can I track my parcel?
A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and it’s tracking details. Simply follow the link in our email once your order has been shipped. This will take you to the courier tracking website — just enter your consignment number and find out where your beauties are!
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.

04 Returns and Exchanges

What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?
If you aren’t completely chuffed with your new beauty items just send your products back in resaleable condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or credit (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form please email us on sales@beautyhunter.com.au and request one. No returns on sale items except as required by law. It’s always best to know your skin type before purchasing any skincare products. If you would like our beauty editor to suggest some specific products for you please email her at melinda@beautyhunter.com.au

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, Beauty Hunter are happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or credit, including postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can discuss an arrangement. If you have experienced an allergic reaction or irritation from a beauty product purchased from us, we may be able to accept a return. Please contact our beauty editor Melinda Ayre via email at melinda@beautyhunter.com.au to discuss the problem. We will most probably pass on the relevant details to the manufacturer so they are aware of the problem also.

How to return products
First of all, please contact us on sales@beautyhunter.com.au to obtain a returns form, which you’ll need to print and fill out and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form. Just send the products plus the completed returns form to: Beauty Hunter, 7 Castle Street Randwick North NSW 2031 Australia. NOTE: you must send back your return within 14 days of order date.
