Melinda was commissioned to interview QV customers and bring their personal skincare journeys to life through authentic, blog-style stories. Drawing on customer interviews, research articles and clinical insights, she crafted engaging content that balanced genuine lived experiences with evidence-based skincare advice for the QV website.
